OUR FOUNDATION

Rooted in faith. Open to all.

Thrive in Truth is rooted in Christian faith, and that faith shapes everything we build. Our pathways bring together biblical truth, developmental psychology, mental health insight and leadership development, because we believe sound research and timeless truth point the same way. Some pathways are explicitly faith-based; others are open to everyone and focus on practical formation for life, family and leadership. Every programme page tells you which, and everyone is welcome.

Founder & Formation Architect

Faith Owolabi

Faith Owolabi

Right understanding produces right living — and both can be intentionally built.

Faith Owolabi is the founder of Thrive in Truth and the driving force behind its work in biblical formation, mentorship, and equipping people to live out truth with understanding and purpose.

Faith grew up surrounded by faith, good teaching and people who cared, yet still navigated important seasons of life without the kind of intentional mentorship and guidance she later realized young people need. Those years taught her that being surrounded by good people is not always the same as being intentionally formed; being taught is not always the same as being mentored; and having information is not always the same as knowing how to live it.

Her concern for people goes beyond their present circumstances. She is drawn to the questions beneath the surface: What experiences shaped this person? What understanding influenced their decisions? What guidance, knowledge, or support might help change their trajectory?

That concern has shaped her commitment to helping young people navigate important seasons of life with biblical truth, intentional guidance, and sustained support, giving them room to ask honest questions, examine what they believe, develop conviction and learn to make wise decisions. It has also deepened her conviction that parents, mentors, and leaders need more than good intentions; they need understanding, practical tools, and the capacity to support the people entrusted to them.

Faith believes formation involves more than receiving information. It means allowing truth to shape a person's self-understanding, decisions, character, relationships, and daily expression of faith.

This conviction informs the work of Thrive in Truth and the wider vision of Rooted Generation: to help form people who are deeply rooted in God and His truth, fortified to stand, equipped to build, and prepared to multiply what they have received.

Faith serves as Youth Pastor at River of Life Family Church, and her work brings together biblical teaching, mentorship, curriculum development, and practical formation experiences to support young people and the parents and leaders who help shape their lives.

Formation doesn't happen in isolation.

People are shaped by their relationships, experiences, beliefs, environments, and the guidance they receive. When we become more intentional about those influences, we can help people make better-informed decisions, develop healthier patterns, and live with greater purpose.

This is the conviction behind Faith's work: not simply to provide information, but to help build the understanding, practices, relationships, and support that make lasting transformation possible.
